The thing that is scary is too much of the offense is made up of seniors.

Won't be easy to reload an entire offensive line.

We'll have to wait and see on Miles.

its always ok to criticize coaches or players, but there has to be a good reason. what would you criticize lsu coaches for in the 1st half?

i noticed a lack of enthusiasm by the lsu d, but contrary to what other posters think it is not the responsibility of the coaches. players are responsible for that, but really its just circumstances that happen from time to time and in most games.

O playcalling? i think, and agree, that against a bad o and great d that LSU should play close to the vest to prevent turnovers, given the history of the team. maybe lsu's o is still good enough to score without riskier playcalling. well, that didnt happen to be true, but LSU never screwed up and gave the bad bama o a freebie. then, down 10, LSU changed gears after the half and opened it up. im sure this was more because of great protection of JR and inability to run than the score.

the only problems i have are the several misses by JR and the missed FGs. but overall, GREAT GAME by LSU!

Seriously, who f'ing cares? Why be a fan of something, or have it as a hobby if you can't ENJOY it when things go well?

I guess just different strokes for different folks, but it does seem odd.

I prescribe to this rule and have for a long time. Rational thinking is not a trait most fans show during a heated game, nor is perception or reality.

I agree. Some fans just like to play the blame game when things don't go well; some just want to look for reasons to support their preconceived opinions of the coaching staff.(It is like Democrats who always to put the blame on Bush for anytime bad that happens:dis: ) Players /team are responsible too in this team sport.

Well, considering the recruits that are signing with us, it definately won't be because of lack of talent, Mr. Gloom-n-Doom. And after all, "talent is what is winning our games, no coaching", right?

Go call your waterboy friend and get some post-game info for us will ya?

:D :D :D You can always count on ol' FT to make a fool of himself.:D :D

    As for this:

You really need to adjust your attitude and try to enjoy what's right in front of you.

So, are you now saying that our coaches are better than 'bama's? I'm confused, wouldn't the ones that made the best half time adjustments be viewed as the best coaching staff? It is a game of two halfs, as you know. The way I see it, we out coached Tubby, Shula, and Meyers. How can anyone possibly make a case against our coaches. And please, don't bring up the damn TN game again. As long as a coach learns from a mistake, I can forgive him.
