That's why Texas had more total yds, was down by 3 with 3 mins to go with a freshman QB who fumbled deep in UT territory on a sack to make the game look like more of a beatdown than it was. We'll never know who would have won had McCoy not been hurt but UT was not seriously outmatched.

I didn't watch bama play in the nc game aginst Texas.
I didn't watch awburnnnn play in the nc game aginst uo.
I'm not going to watch an Alabama team win glory on national tv.
I knew they would win, hell, their sec.
I could not nor will not watch an Alabama team play for a national title unless they are playing lsu and that won't happen in football.
I'm not saying I don't want an sec team to win, just that I don't have to look at it. I have zero love for an Alabama team.

Truth be told Mack Brown and Texas are still trying to recover from that defeat. He was so disoriented after the loss, Mack abandoned his offensive philosophy and quickly lost his way. There have reports of the coach wandering aimlessly through the back allies of Austin in the wee hours of the night in search for an answer on why he called that last time out with just a few seconds to go before the half, only to see the beast and QB slayer, Dareus intercept and return the ball for a touchdown. Brown called it the most devastating loss of his career, coach Saban just calls it "the process."

You know it's possible to watch a good Western and not run out the house shooting everyone.

There are always plenty of exceptions but ever notice just HOW MUCH games hover around the spread?

    spread ...covered.

come on people...Bama is who everyone says they are no matter how much you hate to admit it. Its just that LSU is just as good.

    Then, there is everyone else.

Hmm, I'll easily take Bama over the Hogs and the Gators and say I hope I am wrong.
I think from what I have seen I am more impressed with the Hogs than the Gators when looking at what I have seen of both teams the first few weeks. The Gators can't play a lick of pass defense, looks like flag football!
Bama is easily the better team of the three.
