AU by 17. arKANsas was up by 21 at the half and pulled up lame. Their defense was comparable to the Saints last weekend. I call it matador defense.
Go Warhawks. Auburn's D is still pretty weak and they have no QB. So pretty much the same team ULM beat last week with Arky's backup QB in. And the week after ULM hosts Baylor at home. Dare we say 3-0??
Agree. I watched both AU/MSU and the ARK game. Auburn defense appears to be very mediocre and ULM flat figured out ARK game by the second half, (losing Wilson of course did not help matters). I would not bet against ULM. Hope I am wrong. Does not look well for our league for two of our upper tiers to fall to the Sun Belt.
Those upper tiers are a combined 1-3 on the season headed into the weekend. The SEC is just going to be a very stratified league this year.
No, it wouldn't look good, but I would argue that neither Arkansas, nor AU, should truly be considered upper tier SEC teams. Both have mediocre coaching.
Poor Aubbies will be irrelevant as long as they got Eugene. Ole Miss, MSU will take those middle West slots and Aubbie be last. Till they get Petrino in to right the ship.
This is awesome! Hope ULM pulls it out. Never have made a bowl game. I believe this could be their year.
