I know this is a wrong thing killing trees, but I say no jail time. We don't want to degrade his ability to hold a job - that would be wrong. As judge I would go easy and make his punishment that for as long as these two trees stand - he has to clean up the toilet paper every Sunday morning starting at 10am untill as long as it takes.

Then when the trees die he has to dig the holes, by hand, and plant replacement trees. Young trees need special care, so every week he has to go there and work for a couple of hours caring for the tree. So that he could keep a job we will let him do the weekly tree maintenance every Saturday - afternoon.

Or am I being to soft?

 

Naw just let them take the statue and melt it down for spinner bait blades

 

The guy is a complete moron and should face punishment.

But at the end of the day it's just a freaking tree. Re-Plant and move on.

Hope not , ... for I wish no ill will on those that are not responsible for such a reprehensible act.

My personal feeling is that the Iron Bowl series should be suspended for a period of time (perhaps 3-5 years) to allow both programs to put things in a better perspective.

Sad, but IMO it is a necessary step to take before someone is harmed. It's not the first time the series has been suspended , and for similar reasons.

Quite frankly, there are many fans from both programs that have been quite alarmed at the recent friction in the series over the past 7-8 years ..... this isn't a recent trend.

 

That's because Bama was God's gift to Alabama football then Auburn gets all uppity on them.

 

let's just nuke that whole godforsaken state and get it over with.

 

for once i agree with rex. trees are awesome and worth plenty, like a spectacular piece of incredibly valuable art. but yunno, still just vandalism.
