Go Arky...I hate Tubby. Strength of schedule doesn't matter because we play both teams. This game will produce one opponent's loss and several opponent's opponents' losses. Arky staying undefeated until we bitch-slap them the day after Thanksgiving would inpress the pollsters.
To the Auburn poster...fear is not the issue. LSU's schedule of SEC games remaining does not have one team on it who cannot pull an upset in the league. However, most LSU fans despise Tuberville, so we often root against AU. In this game, it makes sense to root against Team Indecisive (pick a nickname..just one) since they are on the road carrying a fragile confidence. If Arky whips them again, AU might fall apart. An rival SEC West fan knows the benefits of a division rival crashing-and-burning.
Got to pull for Auburn to defeat Arkansas this weekend, because it will benefit LSU the most. An Auburn win will put them back in the polls, while an Arkansas loss will not drop them from the polls, especially if a miracle happens and Texas defeats OU. Remember Arkansas beat Texas. Two ranked teams instead of only one can only help LSU. Geaux Tigers!
Actually, it doesnt quite work that way. As someone said before, because of how BCS SOS is calculated, a win by either team will not change our SOS since we play them both. Though, I guess it may look better to the pollsters.
Go War Tigers....I'd like y'all to remain undefeated till oct. 27. I just cant bring myself to root for a team thats livestock piglets....
