It is an unfortunate circumstance but those/ most without kids do not usually consider kids until they realize they are around. In my experience if you politely confront the offenders it will come to an end. It IS a shame that they have a hard time realizing this all on their own.

 

Yeah, there normally is a lot of traffic. I will say that there were a ton of people in Auburn this weekend, maybe as many as I've ever seen. The problem is that they don't make all roads one way. Most you can drive either way and there are not enough police to cover all the intersections. Plus you have people going west to BHam, North to Atlanta, East to Columbus, South to Montgomery...you get the picture. Everyone is scattered and a lot go each direction so it gets kind of jumbled when everyone is trying to get their route sorted out.

Every program that has passionate fans has idiots. I have personally witnessed similar things at/after LSU games...even baseball games. I brought my son to the LSU/USM series in '07, and LSU fans had spray painted "USM SUX" on several cars with MS license plates. I have a MS license plate, and worried all game about my truck...hoping the idiots would bother to notice the LSU license plate up front.

 

I hold the universities accountable for not having adequate security.

These games have intoxicated people at them and everywhere walking around. There should be security patrolling where all the cars are parked to prevent this.
