Ever since the trade deadline when the gm spit the bit. They're gonna lose in the first rd of the playoffs. Dk looks hurt again as is half the rotation and Correa and springer and others. Needed yu Darvish.

 

It's almost mid August so I start paying attention to the Astros every day. Got swept by the White Sox and tonight the lose to the Rangers in the first game is the series.

Wake me up when the playoffs start.

I wonder if I could buy a ticket next to where she sits.

 

Attendance at Minute Maid today was 32,065. Surprising considering the devastation in Houston. I still can't get in touch with the people I've tried to call. They live in League City and Seabrook and that is pretty close to Galveston Bay.

 

Kid was outright released by the Astros a few years back. One the gm said that got away. Big mistake. Did you see that last one. Curve probably ends up in the dirt.

4 at bats 4 homeruns. Last 3 in the 7th 8th and 9th.

Good observation. I almost called him out on it but it's baseball. I'm always happy to talk about it. He's using me.


Astros have won 5 straight since the addition of Mr Kate Upton. Turns out Mr Kate makes his debut tonight in an astros uniform. He has only donned a tiger jersey since being called up at the age of 22. Working on his 13th season and in his last 11 starts he has a 2.31 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 84 strikeouts in 74 innings. Still hit 98 on the gun.

And finished runner up in the cy young voting last year but clearly got screwed. He should have won it. Also the Tigers ate about 10 mill of his salary. Play the mariners late tonight.
