Damn straight. Best astros team I've ever followed but they're a tad soft. Just not ready for prime time.

Verlander was everything they could hope for and they have him a couple more years. Maybe he can bring some toughness to this bunch. And a bullpen.

 

Maybe if they had just made that deal for Darvish at the trade deadline.

 

Starters were ok. Darvish would have cost them Bregman and company for a one year rental. And he wouldn't have helped their bullpen.

I haven't checked their farm system in a while

 

I think he made it to triple a last year and was released. Got picked up somewhere then released again. Guess he's retired.
