To be honest, I'd rather have Spurrier than Saban. Uh oh.

I would never prefer Spurrier to Saban. Spurrier has no class and a permanent smirk oni his face. Saban is the best of the best.

Not to start anything, but last year I went to LSU's graduation and sat three rows up from Nick Saban. During the invocation, Nick carried on a long and audible conversation with Bradie James. He continued throughout the entire prayer. I don't know how he could have not noticed it was the invocation. Then again, no one's perfect.

If he wants a challenge the Saints might be looking for a new coach soon :)

I don't know exactly what Spurrier's record was in his first three and a half years at Florida but I don't think it was as good as Sabans in his first three and a half years at LSU. They both took over programs that had suffered down years and rebuilt them pretty quickly. Lets compare Saban to Spurrier in another two or three years. Who's to say he won't do even better here than Spurrier did at Florida.

LSU and its fans would embrace any coach who would come in and have the Tigers at least in a position to play for a Nat'l championship year in, year out. I dont care how much we hated them when they were coach for another team, if they came to LSU and produced like we all wanted them to, this town would love em.

I think Spurrier at Texas would be a damn good fit for the both of them and bad for everybody else.

One more "anti-Saban" comment and I may have to go sarcastic on you.
