Head Coach coordinates the coaching staff and motivates the players. His influence is seen week in and week out but not necessarily in the play calling. He had great coaches under him. They are gone. He got another in Pelini. He has to add to the offense now. Let it play out.

 

Not so much anymore. But things for him are diffrent in Bama.

 

He had mostly Miles coaches under him until Brady. Then added another Miles baw in Pelini from the 2007 NC team. Well, he personally didnt, actually. He doesnt like the hire.
