Got hired at Apple a few months back, we sell them like hotcakes. I was not a believer in the product until I got one- now I love it. Find it so easy to use to just check the mail and read feeds, do a little movie watching or playing a casual game (all I really have time for anymore)... I now see why the fact that it's just a giant iPod touch is what makes it so great.
I posted this a few weeks ago and finished the trial yesterday. We (my law partner and I) decided to use both the iPad and the traditional binders. I did have some notes for questioning witnesses on the iPad and brought it with me to the podium when I was doing that. I also had a binder at the podium with selected documents and photos. When my partner was at the podium I was usually taking notes on the iPad. Apparently the jury didn't think I was an arrogant a-hole. We ended up with a really good result.
