Anyone watch the halftime of the Bayou Classic?

I don't see it as being inappropriate at all. They're proud of Obama. Why not?

 

I agree with you stacey. Bottom line is no matter how much I didn't want him to be president, he is and no one can deny the signifigance of this in our Country. I believe it is something to be proud of and if a majority black college wants to spell out Obama and celebrate that fact then hats off to them and they should be proud of how far they have come. I see points for both sides but basically I have no problem with them celebrating this time. It is a time for all of us to be proud to a certain extent. We voted and some of us lost it has happened before and the winning side always wants the rest to at least back our president while he is OUR president. So I for one will do it. Until he makes some horrible mistake or walks out on stage and yells "I hate crackers!" he will be my president like it or not and has my support.
