    BasileTiger...I heard it was "herbal remedies"...Who told you about the Blow? Is that reliable?

    Reliable - hmmmm

    Don't know how reliable it was. People that are "supposedly" close to the program were talking and powder did come up in the conversation. But, whether it was the absolute truth or not, who knows.

    I have a friend who was a trainer at LSU and he told me it was not blow. He wouldn't tell me what it was, but he said NOT BLOW!!

    I would tend to say not, either...It was a pretty well known fact amongst those close to the players that a LARGE amount of the DiNardo recruits towards his last two years were smoking the Cheeva...I only heard of one player having trouble with anything more, and he left after his junior year...

    The drug testing rules for marijuana and other illicit substances are absolutely silly...You only get in trouble for "positive" tests and get the "zero tolerance" penalties if you score a higher amount in your system than had you tested positive a first time...

    Which basically means (at least in the DiNardo era)you can smoke a Cheech & Chong like amount, test positive for the first go round and have a VERY high baseline, and still flunk later tests for not scoring "above" that initial baseline...

    Something akin to Baseball's Steroid testing...
