It could conceivably be interpreted as such, and this case will set the precedence for whether it will be in the future or not. Get it now?

SOrry meant left field not wing. I was trying to state that this is very trivial and there are more important things that the DA should be focused on.

Not really! These things happen in steps. The law takes what it can get and trys to build off of it to increase penalties and issues that lawyers can sue for and have a chance to win.

See if this guy is found to be a sex offender, then everyone in Tiger Stadium on that night can realistically file a civil suit against the dude and sue for damages.

I don't see what's so "broad" about it to be perfectly honest.

Really you think so. There was a case back in 04 up here at Ft Hood where a high school kid on a SCHOOL BUS flipped off a woman. She sued the kids parents for sexual harassment. In court the judge was smart enough to realize she was just looking for money, and stated that while the gesture is obscene it is in no way an advance nor an invite for sexual activity.

This is what should happen in this case, the streaking was obscene but it was not used to commit a sexual act.

    Nudity DOES NOT EQUAL SEX

No one talks like that around my children. They only get one warning.

There is this guy, in the SEZ, that wears a LSU helmet to all of the games. He seems like a nice guy. Well, one game last year, he also wore a shirt that said F*** USC, only it spelled it out. After he walked past us and my daughter saw it, I went up to him and told him to cover it up. Key word here is "told" him. I didn't ask him to do it. It wasn't meant to be taken as just a mere request. If he hadn't, I would have made him.

In order to keep something nice, people must be willing to invest the effort to protect it. Game days are crazy. They're lots of fun. But, it is still meant to be a family experience. I grew up enjoying the games, and I plan on my kids having the same opportunity. We, as fans, must police our own to ensure that LSU will always be a safe and appropriate place to bring our families.

In short, if I hear you cussing around my children, I will tell you to shut up. It isn't up for debate, and don't take it personally. I don't cuss around them, and I will not allow anyone else too either.

I agree with you salty. But technically under the law, you do not have the right to tell him anything. And that is what this whole thread is about. Sometimes the wording of the law is wrong and we should fight it.

If you lay out the dude for dropping f bombs around your kid you are the one in violation of the law, not him. You would be charged with assault and probably sued for damages. Even though there are probably 10,000 people around you thinking that they wished they would have had the guts to do what you just did.
