Well, I'm back to respond to this again.
Someone just posted something I forgot to say last night.
In all fairness, what if a woman ran across the field with a cap on her head and socks and tennis shoes (typical streaker attire)??
Would that have been offensive to the same people who say that the naked running guy was offensive?
You all know the answer don't you? You know it wouldn't be the same. The woman (or girl) would get some kind of fine and be charged with public indecency and then it would be over. She would NOT be charged as a sex offender, and even the MOST offended of you all would agree that she would NOT be charged as a sex offender.
    Criminy..........I should've been a judge.
    Bob

    btw.....go tiger baseball!

I think the fact that everyone on this board says they couldn't see anything should be punishment enough for this guy.:hihi:

Some reason I found this funny...

Anyway...I was at the game but missed the episode. No one I talked to seemed offeneded by it...parents with kids included. I'm much more offended finding my 11 year old watching "rassalin'" on SpikeTV. One way or another kids will be "exposed" to the human body.

I was taught not to be offended by the nude body...and the proof was finding my dads secret stash of Penthouse magazines. "He likes nekkid woman too" I thought. My mom, being the free spirit she was rest her soul, brought my sister and I to nudist camps. So being raised the way I was I guess I find this hard to believe it could be treated as a sex crime and the person labeled as an offender. The punishment definalty doesn't fit the crime in my book.

I'm just making a point. It is silly for anyone to be offended...kids included. Now if the guy ran out and started wacking off on the 50 then yes...that would be grounds for imprisonment.

About 2 weeks ago my son and I came out of a store and at the stop sign, 4 topless girls got out of a car, ran around it twice then hopped back in and drove off. It was funny...we laughed and we surely didn't call the police.

If this is what we call offensive then we need to remove that topless statue at the State Capital and automatically sign up flashers at Mardi Gras into the sex offender database. We need to block all TV shows with a hint of nudity and remove all books that refer to the naked body.

The guy exposed himself in public...it should amount to nothing but indecent exposure and a fine...nothing further.

Hey man, seriously, if you need someone to come to court with you, I'm there. That was one of the funniest things I've ever witnessed. You ran 50 yards down the field without getting touched. I still have great conversations with all my friends about you.

The laws are getting out of control, but we chose to live here.
So we have to accept it for what it is.
