I really think we need someone with the means to look up the laws of sexual crimes and public nudity, that way we can all be informed. I have tried looking around the net for something but have come up empty. It does make me wonder about a few things, would the DA seek the same against a female that would have doen it? How about a person of a different race? Is this just a case of gaining favor with voters?

you dont need to look it up. its going to come down to the interpretation of some bogus, broad generalization. we already know this because its already in the courts and his arrest. it shouldnt even be an issue yet here we are awaiting moreau's wrath to deter this from happening again while ruining a guy's life in the process.
i wouldnt be worried if i was the dude, i would think a jury of non-psychos will laugh it out of court.
Well if the post come up in the process of typing mine then no I did not get a chance to read them. Whats the difference between a sexual rush and an adrenialine(sp) rush? Not much. We do not know what he was thinking, but I do know this, while running no where did he make a gesture to his gentials, nor go out of the way to display them. Just because someone finds something that arouses them does not mean that they will ever act on those feelings.
I have done some things i regret, drinking to much, speeding, speaking without thinking, and numerous others. and i think i was wasted enough to take my clothes off in from of two girls in a fla. bathroom, but, to take my clothes off in front of 91,000 people i should expect some sort of fine/punishment. a sex offender title is a little harsh. i always did best when i stayed away from the rum and ice tea.
thats obvious since this email that is posted above is all about a guy being arrested for streaking being a sexual offense. the entire point of my analogy is that its no different and just as stupid. and yes, it is illegal to drive with your left blinker on constantly and it offends many people. matter of factly. that type of stuff pisses me off much more than a streaker since it affects me if Im following them. whether the dude is aroused while hes pissing me off is inconsequential. i still wanna shoot him.
It does not matter wheiter someone was offended. Tough ****. I am offended by some of the things that are posted here, does that mean I have the right to sue and take Brett to court and those that post offensive things. Because that is what will happen, if this guy is found guilty people are gonna try and get their hands on a ticket stub to prove they were at the game so that they can have their 15 minutes. The punishment in this case does not fit the crime.
