Lee played better than JJ, but it was still a 6 point game through 3 quarters. But, I agree with you. It seems putting JJ in there throws off the rhythm of the entire offense, especially Lee's.
I sincerely hope that's not the case, because that kind of thinking will lose games. One "half" of the whole has underperformed and regressed the entire season, while the other has engineered game-winning drives. It's time for the coaches to show confidence in the half that's pulling all the weight. QB is not a position a player can be successful at if the coaches won't take off the training wheels. Take the leash off and let the QB who gives you the best shot at winning play the game, win or lose. Lee won't play lights out every game, but he's shown he's ready for the challenge, he just needs an OC and HC to show confidence in him.
I know...all I'm asking is for enough time to get to the bath room and get a little bit of liquor out my system!! I HATE missing the defense play!!
Lets be honest here, there isnt a coach in the country outside of Miles that would still have JJ with more PT than Lee. Its clear that Lee should start and be on the field with JJ sitting on the sidelines.
Correct. And now we go into the Auburn exactly where we were after the Tennessee game. Wasted opportunity to get Lee his confidence going forward and to mold how the rest of the season will work out. We have Les Miles to thank for that.
What are you talking about? We DID throw the ball 7 WHOLE TIMES in the second half. What more can you ask for?
