My rent house and In-laws house in on Friendship rd right past Cane Market, so they are probably in the same grid. I don't think anyone in that area was injured from the storm, just gonna be a little longer than most getting power back. I wouldn't worry too much, they also have absolutely no cell phone signal out there. I am sure they want to get in touch with you also, but unfortunately do not have the means.
As soon as I know the power is back on in that area I will post on here to let you know so you can try calling them again.
Even when the power is back on, you may have trouble getting through. My parents in Watson can call me, but I can't get them.
