Dude 6'2 190 is not at the bigger end of the spectrum. I'd say that is right in the middle of where you need to be.
I'm 6'4, 6'5 with shoes on, and I try to maintain 235-240. Got up to almost 260 a few months ago and that was fat. I feel small at 220, I couldn't imagine being under that.
I'm talking in terms of runners in the area. The average runner in my age division here is around 160 or less. Now there are bigger guys that run in these 5K/10K's but they don't usually fair well after about 1.5-2M's. I have to eat very clean to maintain 190, my body wants to be 200-210 (it's a constant struggle) but I can't run for distance at that weight as efficient as I can at this weight. Honestly I'm trying to get down to 180-185, I just feel and breathe a lot easier.
Ok listen to me, hear me now and believe me later. If you are 6'2 190 you are right where you need to be. If you are able to run a 5k even better. I guarantee you that your knees will thank you later for not going farther. #1 that shit ain't natural #2 it does nothing for weight loss Get your cardio in and be happy, quit trying to be a super model
And don't forget to do your 12 ounce curls. You can move up to 16 and 24 ounces as your tolerance increases
