I wonder if the tunnel under Mobile Bay had any problems...

 

Probably flooded completely. With the storm hitting on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, all of the wind would be pushing to the west.....right into the mouth of the tunnel.

Side Note: that tunnel actually goes under the river, not the bay.
