Sounds like UF was granted the opportunity to have the last in house visit with AB put passed instead to visit with Patchan. By giving Patchan higher priority over AB, you gotta think this takes them out the running. Also, again it is reported "Southern Cal didn't make the trip in. However, according to Mr. Butler, they are making up for it with a conference call on either Friday or Saturday."
The initial in-home with USC was a victim to the weather. PC and team could not get to AB. It certainly wasn't an issue of not wanting to or cancelling for other reasons. Another time could not be scheduled as USC has begun a regular practice routine for the RB game. So yes, the meeting was over the phone but since AB was just out here, it was more a follow up and opportunity for AB's parents to ask any final questions. Patchan is a Gator. Take that to the bank.

I'm hearing in some places that his final two may well be USC and Miami. I don't think anyone really knows at this point. We'll have to wait until Monday.

i wouldnt bet too much on that....latest news shows UNC might have a better chance the LSU at this point. UM appears to be the lean.
Man, why would he go there? UM is loaded at LB. And while I think Randy Shannon is a good guy, I dont see him making the UM program much better.
