Any members around Houma that marsh fish?

    If you around that area you dont need a large boat. Borrow a canoe or pirogue and head towards Grand Isle...the closer to the gulf the better. Put in anywhere you can safely park your car on side of the road. Even on hot, summer days you can limit out on reds without much effort. During the cooler weather with a nice tide you can expect some specks. That area has so many fish with little to no pressure. The only pressure comes from people fishing along the road since larger boats cant access that area.

    just got rained on this morning in one of my dad's favorite spots
    not much luck this morning, several deformed Drum, but not much else.
    pics to come a lil later.
