I think the people in Florida that got hit by the tornados would be to differ about it JUST being tropical rainstorm, but you are right the Panhandle and Alabama have been HURTING for rain.

The tornadoes happened when the rain was still in the peninsula of FL...the storm wasn't all that wet when I made my statement...and still isn't. It was a lot more impressive last night before it became tropical.
