He was actually born in Washington St. Grew up not far from Seattle. He has spent time working in Portland, parts of Cali (He has stated he worked in the Padres organization), Las Vegas, Tampa, and now Bristol.

 

I was listening when Kincaide said that. I almost called and donated $10 for that comment. Very humorous.

Actually, he said their game with LSU was an "Embarrassment".

 

I must have missed that show. All I remember is that Cowherd once listed the five most important football programs in college football where college football needed those teams to do well. Of course, I remember ND being listed as one of the the top five teams. After that, I stopped paying attention. Did Cowherd also say that LSU was one of the five most important football teams in the country?

 

The biggest thing I've heard Cowherd say about ND was your bowl record...as in, how long it's been since you have won a game and how many times you've lost in a row. What's the number?

And, his top 5 programs were (and this isn't the order) USC, LSU, Texas, OU and Ohio State. ND wasn't there, for the reason listed above.

 

Yes, all of that is correct, but did anyone watch College Football Live yesterday? I fired up my new Fios DVR today to watch yesterday's edition, and they scrolled "important non conference games" at the bottom. LSU was there with VT. Alabama was mentioned with Florida State. Tennessee and Cal made the cut.

EVERY ONE of ND's games were listed. Give me just a tiny break. ND is one more mediocre season away from inconsequential--but there was ESPN giving them the love. It was actually rather pathetic.
