You are completely consumed and blinded by one topic. Your desire to be able to buy a pound of skunk bud at wal mart and smoke it at your kids baseball game has become the sole reasoning behind your embracement of progressivism. You seem to not give a damn if this country becomes socialist and bankrupt because of one topic. Half this country does not pay taxes and you want to blame the lack of funds on 2% of the population paying a few percentage points less on their taxes. You can't see that the treasury is being raided to by votes or that millions of illegals are being allowed to bankrupt states due to social spending on them. All that matters is who will allow pot to be legal and piss on everything else. It would be cool if america became communist like china if they would allow pot to be sold by the pound at wal mart wouldn't it? That's what it sounds like to me.
I would never buy chinese weed. And personally, that really has nothing to do with it, that's more of a libertarian stance.
yeah. see thats a very stupid point. like saying a baseball player should strike out more, because he is so good at all aspects of baseball, including being terrible. socialism is a way to destroy lives and create misery. when you favor policies advocating spending and taxing, you are directly destroying people. not just americans, but billions worldwide that depend on the economic growth of the west for their own prosperity.
then try your libertarian stance out when it comes to leaving the rich to be rich. somehow you are not so libertarian anymore when it comes to stealing money from people for the american "poor" that dont really exist?
Extremism always turns into totalitarian governments. Extreme right wing politics turns into fascist dictatorships, extreme left-wing politics turn into communist oligarchies. Both totalitarian. Socialist economies simply fail for lack of fair incentives and rewards.
You didn't get what I was saying. Dude said I am a liberal only because I want weed legal. And I said that is more of a libertarian stance. Wasn't calling myself a libertarian. And by the way, the United States has lost $2.11 trillion directly from the Bush Tax Cuts, and another $379 billion in additional interest payments on the national debt that we must make since the tax cuts were deficit-financed. So don't give that crap about taxes, there may be a spending problem in this country, but there is also a revenue problem. Kind of a nice coincidence that we had a 150 billion surplus before those tax cuts, and wars. So lets re-elect Republicans.... gimme a fuggin break. That's like becoming best friends with the dude who killed your parents.
the class warfare thing obama perpetuates is simply a false dichotomy. stop worrying about crap that is irrelevant. this is simply for the dumbasses to take hook line and sinker to create a distraction amongst the people. this leviathan government swallowing up the private sector is the real issue. Taxing anyone, no matter who it is, affects the middle class at some point. it is impossible to penalize one group without it being passed down the food chain. these evil jet owners arent the problem and wont solve anything if we took every jet from them. in fact, it will just hurt actual jobs and production which is what we are trying to avoid. cant people focus on the real issue? its not rich vs poor, haves and have nots. its us against the government. people buy into this crap because it gives them a reason, excuse, a mentality that they cant do for themselves. only you can fix you. not hope and change. so ****ing do it and stop crying about someone with bigger toys than you. goddamn. grow up.
what a crock of sh!t. And no one is crying dude. It is fun to watch you and sabanfan and rwilliams, and martin get your little panties all wadded up because someone has a different viewpoint though... Thanks for the daily laugh.
it wasnt to you directly even though I quoted you. I was speaking in generalities. but if you think its a class warfare thing, this would explain why you dont get it. it doesnt hurt to actually take time to think before posting either.
