I'd be thrilled, then po'd it took so long to get there.

I've seen a few comments in the Lexington paper that LSU should be a legitimate threat to UK and Florida next season. The talent is definitely there, it becomes a question of having the team play as unit, avoid the brain cramps that flared up last season. I think this team could be one of the best defensive units at LSU since the mid-80's. If the Brown Suit would press for 40 minutes, man...

Would have been a sure thing had Brandon Bass not get pumped up by outsiders about leaving early by telling him he would be a "sure thing 1st rounder"..... Then he gets the double whammy! Not only did he not get drafted 1st round, but didn't he go to New Orleans?!

Coach Brady should win the national championship with the group he has this upcoming year. Anything less would be a failure.

About time you come around! :hihi:

I hope Minor and Mitchell grew a few inches during the offseason. If not, we'll struggle defending the 3 again this year, as Katz pointed out.

This team should be good enough to finish in the top 6 of the SEC and get an NCAA bid. That'll be good enough for me.

Funny how things look to an objective outsider.

That's great. Make the Final Four and still have to listen to McMikel's b*tching. :dis:

One of the top programs in the US in the last 5 years has this embarrassing black mark. Hard to deal with free agents (most top programs have nothing but free agents on their teams) and 18-22 year old kids these days. Article does show how sad things are today when crimes like these were committed and if they win, who cares.

we do have problems defending the perimeter, but i agree with mcmikel about pressure d will solve a lot of that

i'm surprised by katz's comments. i'd think we need several new players to step up big for us to be better than just competitive. hope tasmin is the real deal, and quick. the team will need someone else to get points and rebounds.

id feel a helluva lot better about the team if neltner was still on it.
