I'm pretty sure she had the restraining order against him before the bar fight and after a home invasion he did on her. Well, anyway, there's a court record of that...so someone should know.
If it was only Johns involved, would any of us still know who Andrew Lowery is? What better way to gain notoriety, get your sob story out to the media (and coincidentally try to extract a very nice payday out of LSU) than pointing fingers at the star QB?
What does LSU have to do with someone not on school campus, not at a school event getting kicked in the head by someone not a representative of the school? Do you honestly think someone stupid enough to hold his arm in front of a moving vehicle is going to be smart enough to think of fingering JJ for the attack AFTER getting kicked in the head? I'm not saying it impossible but this guy seems like he's 2 steps away from becoming a victim of Darwin's Law.
Interesting. If accurate, it doesn't even sound like that had enough to charge him in the first place.
Exactly my point. So JJ and Johns were arrested even though there is no one to corroborate the alleged victim's story? If you can't even tell from the vid that there was a kick to the head, there never should have been charges filed in the first place.
Oh, but according to Mr. Gloryhound Bienvenu, more charges are coming and half the starting offense will be arrested. The police are just playing it close to the vest. They've brought in a whole new task force for this investigation. They be serious.
