With Addai moving back to RB and Skyler taking a week off it looks good for both Hill and Carter to get lots of minutes vs. Arky St.

If we find or develop a quarterback that can see the field and hit his receivers, Buster Davis will be a big part of this offense. According to Saban Davis was open many times but didn't get the ball. I beleive it was Davis in the endzone, decoying and then blocking the DB, allowing Russell to run in the two point conversation.

Everybody can't play in a close game like that. They have to be cool and wait there turn. Amp & X will get to shine when the time is right.

It's like I told Amp saturday night after the game, you're going to have to wait for your time and when that time comes, you're going to have to make something out of it. Amp and X are going to get their shot.

Yeah they should see some time this week. I think Amp is going to be great. I like when kids are a little mad because they wanted to play. This usually means that take advantage when presented with the opportunity!

Being patient is good advice for any freshman. If he wasn't upset about not playing, I would be concern about his competitiveness. I think Lavelle needed someone whom he trusts at the game to calm him down.
