Michigan's Next Coach Well you knew it was coming. Assuming Carr is out at Michigan after this season, who will be his replacement. The Birmingham News started the rumor mill today by speculating it would be Miles. He is an obvious candidate. What do ya'll think?
Jesus H. Christ. The most appalling part of this thread is that someone spelled 'Miles' incorrectly. I believe that alone should instantly abolish any shred of credibility that you may have been mercifully granted in the first place. Seriously, are you kidding me?
The first time a reporter asks the question, I would love to hear CLM answer... "Heck no I'm not going anywhere! And I am not pulling a Nick Saban on you."
Okay, here's what happens. Michigan steals CLM, we steal Kirk Ferentz, Iowa steals Jeff Tedford, Cal steals Kirk Ferentz, we steal Nick Saban, Bama hires Dennis Franchione, A&M steals Jimbo Fisher... This is so dumb.
Well, Saban waited until the season was ALMOST over.:nope: His "Christmas Surprise" continues to bother me even more than his going to Bama. Miles did a masterful job in the few weeks he had to solidify that recruiting class.
Thought maybe we could discuss other coaches that you'd like to see take over "in case" Miles leaves. I was wondering what our fans thought of other program's coaches for the job.
Wasn't another coach mentioned in Meeechigon's top five to replace Coach Carr when he was here... yeah... I think so... his last name starts with S and ends in aban... boy would that get the gumps started....
