I can't really argue with those selections other than say why the hell isn't Terrence Marshall on the team? Come on, not even second team WR? I would have put Terrence and Devonta Smith both on the first team, And Derek Stingley is on the coaches first team only because of reputation. He didn't have enough playing time to earn it
. O had some issues with 2017 crootin' https://247sports.com/Season/2017-F...ankings/?InstitutionGroup=HighSchool&State=LA
No, Trask's WRs & Pitts opted out too soon. Looks like Devonta's year.. https://www.si.com/college/2020/12/29/devonta-smith-alabama-ap-player-of-the-year Biletnikoff & Heisman favorite right now..
Yea I am backing off Trask after last night. Nice to see a positional player win it. Still think Mac Jones is overrated. The system over the player in his case.
Two gaping holes show up in these teams. First as was noted Terrace Marshall should have been on one of the teams. Second is the ridiculous drop in the number of LSU players listed. This is evidence that player retention and development isn’t what it should be at LSU. O needs to step that up.
