More pesky facts. No gump wants to hear about any pesky facts. They just want to play in Nola and it doesn't matter what they have to do to get there. I bet there were more back room deals and confidential meetings and money flying around than we will ever know. I bet there will be lots of very nice vacations, all expenses paid, to lots of diffrent influential people involved with the bcs. I have no proof. I have no link. That's just how politics work. This was a political victory by bama.

Alabama doesn't have a leg to stand on. They and Virginia Tech are playing in games neither deserve to play in. As usual just living in and on the past.

 

Many LSU fans would be doing the same crap that Bama fans are doing. We all signed up to this system before the season started, most of us knew that there are flaws in the BCS, a few people here didn't even want to talk about a playoff. And honestly, a playoff would still take away from what we earned in the regular season, but it would be light years better at determining the best of the best.

 

No one in the history of the BCS has ever lost to a 6-6 team and gone on to the BCS NC game. They still haven't.

 

There is an entire season of work to compare.
