Dream on, nobody wants the Bama job. No one should be fired after having such a good year as Bama did last year. A bad year this year shouldn't be the reason. See Nebraska after they fired Frank Solich. You will be lucky to get Jim Mora!
Actually the article is kinda funny. The more things change the more they stay the same. CNS should be a pro at this QB and offensive situation in Miami since we had QB issues when he was here. Rohan Davey and Josh Booty for instance.
   That is great. Living in Memphis, there is a lot of Coach O joking/hating going on. I am sure it has been seen but just in case..... Coach O video .
http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/sports/football/16350200.htm Article also says Huizenga is NOT selling the team, Huizenga wants Saban to remain the Dolfins coach, and Saban has told Huizenga that he is staying with the Dolfins. Based on all this, I say Bama will offer Nick the job (Moore may be covering his butt with his fan base), and Nick will turn it down, if it goes to form.
Jean I hear Nick will be offered a front end signing bonus and a back end bonus if he stays X number of years. That is if he comes and who really knows if he will or not. About the hot seat issue, Shula would still be at Alabama had he not let dicipline get out of control and made a couple of much needed changes. Something in me says Shula couldn't handle the job and wanted to get fired. Bama had a good recruiting class last year but this year will only be able to sign around 17 due to the 85 limit so this is the best time for us to be searching for a new coach. Many of us know we still do not have enough SEC quality athletes to win the SEC and as always it will take a year or two to see the results of a coaching change. If we pay Nick this obscene money everyone says we will it would cost us too much to get rid of him for 5-6 years. I guess there will be some answeres in a few days now.
