That cheap shot penalty cost us a ton of field position,

 

Mathieu is a punk...we love him for that, but sometimes he screws up.

 

Where would we have had the ball on that return?

Way to go TM7... completely unnecessary cheap shot at the worst possible time.

 

Honestly, he's not good enough to warrant him staying on the team if he continues to pull stunts like this :/

TM7 has had an off night; couple of blown coverages and missed tackles, and a penalty at the worst possible time.

 

Very stupid! LSU should know the refs aren't going to overlook penalties like they do for Alabama.

That's two plays in a row with a penalty. One was called and one wasn't. Weren't our players told about SEC officials and their calls in Bryant Denny? They should know they're not going to get away with anything.

On another note...if someone had to be hurt...Punk Thug Kirkpatrick is a good choice.
