which games have we had in hand that leads you to believe this?

we mass sub on defense because of the play-- nickel or pass coverage plays vs a run-situation.

Well maybe that's the reason I'm seeing it, but I see a bunch of younger guys getting valuable time especially on the defensive side of the ball. Considering it's inconsistencies, I think he's done a good job of getting younger guys in the game for offense as well. Some of it is just because of injuries, but I think Miles also sees the need to get playing time to the 2nd & 3rd string guys that will have to step up next season. It seems to be every game we have a comfortable lead in to me (not counting the half time score of Tennessee game...)

we're subbing more guys because we have great depth on the dline not because of miles' building depth by playing them. dorsey/favorite, etc. are good enough to start anywhere. this is because nick recruited almost better than anyone and miles/dunbar are doing a good job keeping them rested.

It's more than a safe assumption to state that Bama's '06 team will not be as good as this year's team.

It's also safe to say that Bama is about to find out just how good they reall are. Back-to-back losses to LSU and Auburn should bring the bandwagon party to a screeching halt. Watch and learn........ :hihi:

Do you think Auburn will get the credit it deserves if this scenario plays out? I don't. I think people will say that Bama didn't have their head in the game or some such thing...

still not totally sold on Ali. Sure he did great agaisnt fla but does that mean he is going to the #1 lb for LSU next year? He needs to be more consistant and he needs to work on fighting off blocks. His game at lb is more about speed, which is fine, but he needs to make some plays through shedding lineman.

he's your typical 'Cane LB....speed rush guy and big playmaker and is being utilized as such.
