When I see Todd Palin stumping and making speeches and politicking on his wife's behalf, I'll admit to the relevence. He hasn't opened any doors. Michelle has. Get her ass back in the kitchen and I'll back off.

If true, then it is certainly relevant to discuss. Although you spent a lot of energy saying how irrelevant those issues were in regards to Obama. Do you think they are relevant now? Or is this just a "tit for tat?"

And while questioning her public record or personal beliefs seem relevant, do you think the liberal media really cares about that? I would say that going after her daughter, her daughter's boyfriend, her newborn son, questioning her ability to lead because she is a mom, or her ability to mother because she is leading, has absolutely nothing to with anything except a desire to destroy her. And that has dominated the comments and questions in the last several days, including the mainstream media, not just hate blogs. To Obama's credit, he has distanced himself and said it's off limits. Has the media treated Obama or Biden in the same manner? I wonder if Obama or Michelle have been slammed for campaigning these last 2 years and abandoning their children? Or should Michelle's children be tested to make sure they are Obama's? Anyone ever suggest that?

No because it's ridiculous. Liberals have zero moral high ground here. It will certainly backfire on them.

I am pleased that Obama has said that Palin's children should be off-limits, but the media is running with this full-steam.

Can you imagine being the pregnant teen that has THAT spotlight put on her?

I've always hated that stupid Texas pledge. At the least it is extremely vain, and at worst it is downright seditious.

Its definitely not tit for tat, its to highlight the hypocrisy here and think I have done that. Moral high ground you want to speak on. Calling a guy a muslim, saying his birth certificate is fake, emails about him being the anti-christ, and saying he isnt patriotic, he wont say the pledge, and he took his oath on the koran, you want to argue about morality. I guess you view those smears as moral and issues that matter. Now that I have brought into the discussion about the AIP party. All of a sudden it gets dimissed because its the ticket you are supporting. I call that a bit of hypocrisy. No one has suffered more character assasination than Obama in this election cycle, but all of a sudden it isnt fair critique Palins' past?

Also you say if its true, this isnt a rumor I started, this has been documented.

Now I havent said one thing about this womans family. Teenage pregnacy is serious and thats her familys' business. But she has alot of flaws in her policies and political background, which I will highlight, just as much as people criticize Obama here.

That's exactly how I feel; it's like they put being a Texan above being an American.

That's exactly what they do...,but I can't say anything. To be perfectly honest with you, I have greater loyalty to my state, Louisiana, than I do for my central government. American by birth, Louisianian by the grace of God.

That's why I hate the Texas pledge. I love Louisiana first and foremost.
