Its not just disgusting, its disturbing. I became aware of some of this back when Carter was President. Of course back then there were only a few books to read and what I read was down right horrifying. Carter was a puppet for one of these groups, dont remember exactly which one, and almost all of his appointee's came from it including Carter himself. Since then almost all of the major political and financial players that shape our country are involved in one of more of these groups and they are very secretive. It takes on the appearance of a quasi government without sunshine law openness when such a huge percentage of the major players are members and have private meetings.
