Here are Christ's own words as he spoke to some of Cain's offspring,who were by this time the scribes . Cain's geneology listed starting in gen ch 4 verse 15...adam isn't mentioned....adam 's geneology begins gen ch 5 verse 1...no mention of Cain .Instead you get this verse in gen ch 4 25] And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. How are the things going on today any worse than slavery, the repression of women's rights, or the genocide of the American Indians? Are liberals, porn and cussin' on TV really worse than that? No it isn't. You are ignoring an outright scripture that says Adam was the father of Cain in Genesis 4:1. Of course not, it's not a geneology showing ones heritage. It's a listing of the generations of Cain--his descendents. Adam has already been specifically named as the father of Cain in verse 1. That isn't a geneology. It's a listing of the generations of Adam through his son, Seth. It sheds no light whatsoever on Adam's fathering of Abel and Cain. The Bible already tells us that specifically and NOWHERE does it tell us different. None of this has anything to do with "the devil" being the father of Cain. I challenge you to show where the scripture says this, I've already shown you where it says otherwise. You are making guesses based on many false assumptions.
