Do these organizations and companies not have rights to sell products they want? I mean personally i think the cake thing is dumb, i’d Just go somewhere else. I think if Dick’s refused to sell a gun to someone because they had a confederate flag on their hat then it would be more comparable to the cake thing.

The cake guy is refusing to sell to a protected minority group. Dick’s is just dropping AR’s and saying they won’t sell bump stocks. Now the not selling to anyone under 21 thing I guess is comparable to the cake thing in a way.

I was referring to the under 21 thang. Just don’t see how one can say the law says 18 but I am imposing my morality, and saying 21. Thank God I lack formal training in constitutional law, but this seems like a no brainer. The answer is change the law!
