Thanks for making my point. As I addressed earlier, there is no substitute for honorable parents that “parent” their children. As did my dad and as I have attempted to raise mine. Unfortunately, there are innumerable losers out there, that breed and produce children that receive no parenting, or worse, shitty parenting. A second, no fail line of defense is needed. That defense is tightening up on who can obtain weapons, in general, and high velocity rifles with huge magazines specifically.

I've only fired it on an outdoor range with ear protection. Are you suggesting I downsize? If so, I'm open for recommendations.
Don't need to downsize. A 357 gives you more stopping power. What we talkin' bout here is practice. Practice. Not a real shootout. Practice. Either that or get yourself a shotgun for home protection.
