So one the one hand you expect everyone to be a crack shot requiring only 5 rounds. On the other, you don't expect anyone to have sitiational awareness of the house they live in. Additionally, subsonic frangible loads are available in almost any caliber as are the AKs you mentioned, including shotshell. None of which was your original point about round limits.
