ACLU wants Jesus out of Slidell Court

So it would be reasonable that the court should be guided by principles such as (summary)
1. Do not worship any other Gods. (does no God count?)
2. Do not make any idols. (all religions have relics)
3. Do not misuse the name of God. (ookayy. Little insecure?)
4. Keep the Sabbath holy. (this is conveniently ignored by all except Jews)
5. Honour your father and mother (What if they are scumbags?)
10. Do not covet (This is the guiding priniciple of capitalism. Nothing wrong with coveting)

Why again is there nothing wrong with posting these rules in a courthouse? 6/10 of the Ten Commandments are pretty silly in a secular setting.

cant you see i dont give a damn about worshiping false idols or the respecting the stupid sabbath? these rules are for christians, not me, i dont need my government endorsing them any more than you need the government endorsing any stupid superstition i make up.

 

simply a great post. my rights stop where someone elses begin. as a person who chooses to believe in Jesus Christ, i'm not offended by aclu, etc.

it is not governments role. imo, if people of faith would demonstrate what we stand for instead of what we stand against then there wouldn't be any need for the 10 commandments to be posted on the courthouse wall.

this is incorrect. they simply arent allowed to eat it. much like most of the females would rather be in a hotel room letting martian snort cocaine off their tits than wearing a burkha. deep down they really wanna.

less than .001% of all humans (and muslims) dislike bacon. this includes basheera and khadeeja. secretly, many of them eat those artificial bacon bits to get by.
