Why is it tasteless?

I'm aware that she did. And where did I say they were only important when they happen to Republicans? My post was about a couple things.....the outing of private contact information of some Senators and their families i.e. children were threatened, and the fact that the wife of a Senator was given a death threat. There have been new lows reached here.

 

The fact that we can not have any type of civil discourse in this Country without either side throwing a tantrum like a three year old, peoples lives being threatened, and property being destroyed shows this Country is failed and doomed to destroy itself.

The fact that we have a 2 party political system that are so-called best friends behind chambers walls, but want to kill each other at public podiums is all I need to know as proof that both sides want an elite ruling class, and destroy this Country as I know it.

This all is the exact reason I want term limits, and think we need normal everday Joes in Gov't. people who live on budgets. people who know what it's like to live check to check. No one should enter politics with X amount of money and with a decade grown their personal wealth to ten's of millions of dollars.

 

Why because it’s a Senator? Cry me a river. Fucking kickers get death threats tell them to grow a fucking pair. These assholes work for the people of the United States. It’s time for term limits and anything that can be done to run every last one of them out of Washington and into the Chesapeake Bay sounds like a great plan to me.

 

The average Joe has no chance of being elected. It takes money to run for office. Even minor local elective offices are mostly filled by lawyers.

Pretty fucking stupid if you ask me. All they do is funnel money to themselves and their ilk.

 

True but how does that get stopped? How can anybody with an average job with an average salary even get elected to dogcatcher?
