    I’m sure some are just on board to trash him because Trump appointed him. It’s a political tactic. Just like the majority refusing to vote on Garland, a little more dirty if the story is a fabrication. That being said I don’t know if it happened or not.

    I don't know about Cruz but Mitt Romney's father George had presidential aspirations at one time. He was born in Mexico to American parents and it was legal for him to be potus.

    Is there really anyone here that honestly believe that this is not a setup by the democrats given their history? Seriously with Bork and Thomas as proof of their tactics? At the same time GOP allows activist judges like Gingsberg , Kagan and Sotomayer to waltz on to the SC.
