Well every statement of yours I read is from the liberal playbook. I don't know what that makes you but your damn sure not a conservative. So far on this board all I see is you having a left leaning stance on everything.

If that's what you believe then fine but don't get all defensive when someone points it out.

And I am as conservative as they come. I am proud of it.I am not a Republican or Democrat but a registered Independent. I resigned from being a Republican because they don't represent me anymore.

He actually has 2 although one of them has raised a somewhat "small" amount. I don't think it matters because if I understand correctly, as a Federal judge, he cannot accept any of the money.

McCabe had one as well that earned over $500k. This kind of political bullshit has to be investigated and stopped IMO. GoFundMe is a massive fraud to either cover up money laundering or something else that is rotten.

She also scuba dives. Of course it's possible but something with extreme claustrophobia to the extent that she has described herself would be a VERY unlikely candidate for scuba diving. I don't have claustrophobia but I am scuba certified and every now and then, I get the creeps when you realize how separated you are from your "normal" human environment. Talk about no escape.

Seriously, Lasalle, if a man nominated for the supreme court had been somebody you wanted on the court had been smeared with the same dubious set of factoids in a he said-she said scenario with no evidence to support his accuser would you be calling for his rejection?

Wouldn’t have mattered I’m affiliated with no party. I’ve said plenty of times I don’t think there is enough evidence to convict him of a crime. I think republicans don’t give a shit and there are actual videos of republicans saying they don’t care if he did it he still should be nominated. I don’t think he should be a judge on the Supreme Court because the dude is an executive cuck and his little tirade the other proves he lacks the temperament to be a Supreme Court justice. But you won’t feel that way because he has an R next to his name. If Kavanaugh was a democrat you’d be in the streets. I vote people, not party.

 

You were against his nomination even before his tirade. I didn't ask you if the hypothetical nominee you favored would be a dem or a repub. I asked you if such a dubious accuser would influence your support of him.

And I don't care whether Kavanaugh has a D or an R by his name, just that he is a conservative and thus more likely to make rulings that I would favor on the issues I care about. What if Kavanaugh had openly said that he would rule in favor of overturning federal laws against possession of marijuana? Would you be supporting his nomination?

 

There are actual Americans who don't give a shit.....because it happened in high school. Is there anyone in America who didn't do something in high school that could potentially prevent them from a potential job? If there is, we are all likely calling them a freak.

A) Please provide the temperament disposition guidelines for SC justices
B) How many previous SC justices have ever been accused of sexual assault when they were in high school?

You may think you vote people but you also vote ANTI party.....ANTI Republican. And I believe you are flat out wrong. It has never been acceptable in this country to hold someone guilty without fairly judging their innocence. In this case, although it's not a court proceedings, we have seen absolutely NO comparison to jurisprudence. It is an extremely dangerous precedence and is setting the scene for all future SC appointment. We have someone who has repeatedly contradicted her own testimony, called all of her own witnesses liars, and yet somehow, Kavanaugh is being painted as the devil.

Other than committing a crime of this nature, there is nothing as bad as one who falsely claims someone committed this type of crime. And if you think Republicans don't care if it happened or not? They are in line behind the Democrats who care even less.

Maybe. But to be fair, the dems only give a shit because he is being appointed by the other side. It’s all fake outrage on one side, but I’d bet dollars to donuts that if the shoe was on the other foot, there’s a good bit of folks here that would care about these fake allegations.
