That is hogwash. It wouldn't matter if Mickey fucking Mouse replaced Scalia. Kennedy would have still retired and we would still be having this discussion, mainly because it's a swing vote. See replace Scalia with another right judge = wash. Replace Kennedy with a right judge = winning!

I can tell you in California I am not represented at all by either party.
Their are no conservatives that get elected here republican or democrat. The liberals are in control and the taxes are enormous.

I believe we need to pay our bills, start paying down our debt, get control of government spending and reduce government payrolls.
I believe in changing the retirement offered to Government employees and have them able to start collecting their retirement just like the public sector at 59 1/2 just like the rest of us.

I believe in controlling our borders . It is mandated by our Constitution. Not just Mexicans but all other countries just like they control their borders. Why should America be the only country not too. But I also believe that we should have an Ellis Island on our border to allow legal immigration for good honest people who want a better life for their families. But have them do it legally and pay their share of taxes to support the Government they use just like the rest of us.

I don't believe anyone in America needs a gun that can kill 50 people in 10 seconds. But I do believe in Hunting and for people to protect themselves when at home.

I believe we need to take back the election process from the rich people and large corporations. Term limits for Senators. Look at some of the cronies that on both sides cant do their jobs. Strom Thurman as an example. At the end he didn't even know his name.

I just want common sense to be our guiding principle. Don't give Egypt 1 billion dollars of our taxpayer money to run their police force. Let them pay that for themselves. Make Europe pay their bills for Nato.

I saw a Democrat in one of the debates say the words I have just said and I would have voted for him if he had been given a chance. But Hilary Murdering Clinton had him shut up because she had the democrats paid off in the beginning.

People don't think for themselves anymore. I have resigned from the Republican party because I have no one in Washington that believes as I do.

This is an understatement. Everyone is so caught up in their pet political issue, that they refuse to consider opposing information. Put on top of that, people are too damn lazy to research a point anymore. It’s easier to just take someone else’s ... who already agrees with you ... opinion.

There is NO thinking person who can conclude that Kav assaulted this person beyond a reasonable doubt. At the same time, nobody can say with certainty that he didn’t. The problem is there simply is not enough information to reach a conclusion. That said, the US Constitution says innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Using such, she could have easily taken a real event, her assault, and made it such that she was 100% certain it was Kavanaugh who did it. Such would explain why there are so many gaps in her story, like how she got there, how she got home, where it happened, when it happened. Who was this person who introduced her to Kav, and when did that happen? ... at the party? Before the party? .... with hypnosis it could have happened after the party, but she would still think she was assaulted by a person she hadn’t even met.
