    There will also be a criminal filing against Kavanaugh filed next week somewhere. The dems are serious the republicans will get played again. They are playing poker while the republicans play solitaire

    The vote is moved to the floor. What Flake said or did has nothing to do with that vote.

    The vote will pass without Flake. There are Red state Dems that are going to get canned if they vote No.

    Murkowski and Manchin just sided with Flake. Collins will to. Votes are not there now. Bet you the left will get to one or all of the people accused of being there and offer money and turn them.

    Who are to tell me to shut up? Thought this place was supposed to not do personal insults anymore. I have stopped or is just OK for you and not me? And you are wrong the floor vote needs 50 votes we lose 3 or 4 he's not confirmed.

    I am not wrong. we have 51 currently and the dems have 47.

    Manchin will lose his job if he votes no. Simple as that. He wont make it out of WV. Plus, there are red state Dems who could lose their seat. Its not black and white and requires just a tad bit of critical thought.

    Supposedly Flake spent most of the morning being lobbied by Dems on the committee. I find it hard to believe all they got out of him was that statement. My personal opinion? He agreed to vote no in the full senate vote if they don't get their investigation
