I don't get where 'believe" even comes into this scenario. A person can "believe" Ford, or they can believe Kav ... but the kicker is ... all of Ford's Witnesses denied her story, with even her gal pal saying she has never met Kav, and has never been to a party with him. The proximity on the map of the city is not supportive of the event. Kavs diary calendar do not support the event. .... there is absolutely NOTHING to corroborate her story. Throw on top of that, the MOUNTAIN of letters and support for Kavs character do support his position.

On that ... a person is innocent until proven guilty ...and even the Sex Case Prosecutor said, there is not way in hell she'd take this case to court based on Ford's testimony. .. I do believe Dr. Ford that she was assaulted ... I just don't believe her that it was Kav that did it.

If we had an honest FBI ... I would be almost certain that this whole fiasco is tied to the lawyer Katz, who is an operative of Soros. I'd bet a good bit of that $500K in that Gofundme account was given to people by Soros to reward her for playing for the "team".

On my own personal opinion ... I just hope McConnell, says screw it, holds the vote, and lets it become record. If Collins and Murkowski or Manchin come on board, Flake is not relevant. ... Kav becomes the next judge, and its done. If the vote goes against Kav, it will hopefully energize the same people who voted in Trump, and the Democrats get their asses handed to them in the Midterms. ... at which point all of this was moot. Trump reappoints Kav, and they have another vote ... or better yet, appoint that woman, who is a right winger and shove her up Feikenstiens ass.
