    Just to clarify what the definition of "to fundamentally change" something and in this context our country.

    Definition
    So, a fundamental change is a change at the basic level. It means a change from the ground up; as a "foundation" is the ground level of a building. A complete overhaul.

    So with that said why does the democrats want do the above to America? Fundamentally change to what?

    No but republicans vote based on the qualifications of the candidate not because of their political ideology that’s why Kagan and Sotomayor are there

    Correct. Both Kagan and Sotomayor are I believe are activist judges. I think they believe the constitution is a living document, dangerous stuff.

    Point is the republicans didn't do anything I mean anything near even in the vicinity of the freak show the dems did to Bork, Thomas and now Kavanaugh. Dems cant stop Kavanaugh by vote numbers but can disrupt, lie, subvert and derail which the republicans never tried to do to Kagan and Sotomayor.
