    I don’t see how Cavanaugh will be able to be a judge in the wake of all this. Expect in a a high percentage of cases attorneys can object to his partiality. Pretty disgusting.

    The repubs were much better people today. Simple Duck if you want this great country to be "fundamentally trnsformed" than yes the republicans are a 1000 times better. If you agree wth the dems than that's your cross to bear. POS dems have done this 3 times now. Bork, Thomas and now Kavanaugh the so called just as shitty republicans have never done this. If you cant see this one fact about the dems have no advice for you.

    Object? Attorneys "object" TO the judge, the judge rules. But that won't be an issue cause his role will not be in front of attorneys. He will review cases on appeal cause he WILL be appointed.

    don't tell me about shitty republicans, I watched Whitewater unfold, talk about a witch-hunt,.. and wasn't the only President forced out of office in disgrace a Republican? As I see it, the only moral leg repug's have to stand on, is the abortion issue. Otherwise, both parties are opposite ends of the same worthless stick.
