when you have two stories exactly opposite of each other the truth is probably in the middle. They probably were at a party together drinking and things got heated, she said no he pushed her to say yes and probably copped a feel or two. Then she got up and left. The rest of the story is made up by her imagination and her therapist.

I didn't see the hearing but did anyone ask her why every person she names having been at the party denied it happened? That seems like a gaping hole.
